NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Radical Fanatics LLC (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
1. Sponsor
This promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Radical Fanatics LLC, PO Box 11, Lake Cormorant, MS 38641.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Harley-Davidson Motor Company, LLC or any of its affiliates, or with any social-media platform (including, without limitation, any platform on which the Sweepstakes may be promoted). “Harley-Davidson,” “Sportster,” and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here solely to identify the prize.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2026 at 8:00:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends on November 30, 2026 at 8:00:00 PM Central Time (CT) (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer or other timekeeping records are the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received (or, for mailed entries, postmarked and received) by the deadlines stated in these Official Rules.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia who, as of the date of entry, are (a) 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, and (b) validly licensed drivers. Business entities (including companies and corporations) are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, owners, members, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter. Each entry, regardless of method, has an equal chance of being selected as the winner.Each purchased sticker and each valid mail-in entry request is worth three (3) Sweepstakes entries.
(a) Purchase Method
During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible participant who purchases an eligible Radical Fanatics sticker at Radicalfanaticsgarage.shop will receive three (3) Sweepstakes entries for each qualifying sticker purchased. No purchase is necessary; see the free method below, which offers an equal chance to win.
(b) Free Alternate Method of Entry (Mail-In) — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print the following on a 3″ x 5″ plain piece of paper:

• Email address
• Telephone number
• Date of birth

Your outer envelope must bear a handwritten, valid, legible return address that includes a complete first and last name. Each complete and compliant mail-in request received will earn three (3) Sweepstakes entries — the same number earned per purchased sticker — so that the free and purchase methods offer an equal chance to win. You may submit as many mail-in entry requests as you wish during the Sweepstakes Period, but each request must be hand-printed on its own 3″ x 5″ paper and mailed in its own separate envelope; multiple requests submitted in a single envelope will count as a single request.
Mail-in requests that are illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, mechanically reproduced (e.g., photocopied), or not in the format specified above will be void. Entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and invalid. Proof of submission (including proof of mailing) does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, or postage-due entries, or entries not received by the deadline. All entry materials become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2026and received by December 15, 2026.
5. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: a 1987 Harley-Davidson Sportster 883. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,500.00. The actual value of the prize is the fair market value as of the date it is awarded; no cash or other substitution will be provided to the winner for any difference between ARV and actual value.
The motorcycle is awarded AS IS, WHERE IS, without any warranty or representation of any kind, express or implied (including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), except as required by law. The prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, and no cash equivalent will be offered. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
The winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly stated as included with the prize, including all federal, state, and local taxes; title; registration; licensing; insurance; and transportation, pickup, and/or delivery. Only the number and type of prize stated above will be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about December 20, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information associated with the winning entry and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (except where prohibited) a Publicity Release, along with any tax documentation required by law, within ten (10) days of the date notice is sent. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, fails to return the required documents by the deadline, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, that person forfeits the prize, and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.
For purposes of any entry submitted online, the “entrant” is the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter, and that person must comply with these Official Rules.
7. Scam Alert
Protect yourself from scams. If you are selected as a potential winner, Radical Fanatics LLC will contact you using the telephone number and/or email address you provided on your order or mail-in entry. You will never be asked to provide a credit card number, bank information, or a payment of any kind as a condition of receiving a prize — those are sure signs of a sweepstakes scam. Sponsor does not use social media to notify winners.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and its members, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, injuries, losses, damages, or liability of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, including operation of the motorcycle. The prize is awarded without warranty of any kind except as required by law.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) any error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or property caused, directly or indirectly, by an entrant’s participation or by the prize. Each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claim arising out of the entrant’s breach of these Official Rules or misuse of the prize.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to disqualify any entry or entrant that is fraudulent, incomplete, altered, automated, robotic, or otherwise submitted in violation of these Official Rules, and to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned — including because of fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes — Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and to select the winner from eligible entries received before the action taken.
If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
10. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from acceptance of the prize. Because the ARV exceeds $600, Sponsor may be required to report the prize to the IRS and to issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner. The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number for tax-reporting purposes as a condition of receiving the prize.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further notice, compensation, or consideration.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and applicable law.
13. Governing Law; Disputes
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. By entering, each entrant agrees that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, and consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
14. Official Rules and Winner’s Name
To request a copy of these Official Rules or the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to Radical Fanatics LLC, PO Box 11, Lake Cormorant, MS 38641, with your request clearly noted, to be received no later than January 31, 2027. These Official Rules are also available at Radicalfanaticsgarage.shop during the Sweepstakes Period.
